"Support was slower than I expected"
I contacted techbazaar.pk support about my order, and it was frustrating. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the replies came after really long gaps, and even when they did respond, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. I kept having to explain or ask again, which got annoying. I know support teams can be busy, so maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but for a tech store I thought basic help would be quicker. Not a great experience for me, so I’m giving 1 star.

"Delivery took longer than it should’ve"
My order ended up taking longer than expected, which was frustrating. I also kept getting different answers whenever I asked about the delivery status, so I never really knew what was going on. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying

Trying to get help with my warranty claim has been a complete hassle. I reached out expecting some kind of support, but I still haven’t gotten anywhere. If you’re counting on an easy warranty process, save your time and be prepared for frustration.

I ordered a phone cover from techbazaar.pk, but it didn’t fit my phone model properly. I messaged them about returning it and they got back to me after a few hours. Not, like, not super quick, but still reasonable enough.
They asked me to send some pictures first, then approved the exchange. The pickup took around 2 days, and after that I received the correct cover. Overall, it was a fine experience, I just feel the updates could have been a little faster

"Works okay, but not the smoothest"
The site gets the job done and the pages loaded fine for me, but it felt a bit messy to use. Compared to other sites I’ve used, I had to click around way more than expected, and the filters weren’t very clear. It works, but it could definitely be easier to navigate
"Okay service, but a bit slow"
I bought a phone from techbazaar.pk and later had to reach out to them for a warranty issue. The purchase itself was fine, fine overall, but the real test came when I needed support after buying.
The staff did respond and they were polite enough, but it took more time than I expected. I had to message them twice, twice, before I got a proper update about what was going on.
In the end, they handled my issue, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. It was okay, just okay, but I do feel their after-sales service could be faster and a bit more organized.

Just a heads-up for anyone ordering from Techbazaar.pk: make sure you double-check what you’re buying before placing the order. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and had to ask for a refund. Thankfully, their team replied quickly and told me what steps to follow. I got my money back within a few days without any unnecessary drama or chasing. I expected the refund process to be slow, but it turned out fine.

I ordered a phone case and earbuds from Techbazaar and both came fine. quality was better then I expected for the price, didnt feel cheap or anything loose. Using them since a week now and everything working good. Packing was also okay. Overall happy with the order, will probably buy again...

"Packaging was surprisingly solid"
Got my order from techbazaar.pk today, the packaging was better than I expected. The box was sturdy, there was enough bubble wrap, and the item didn’t shift around at all inside.
No dents, no broken corners, nothing damaged. I was a little nervous about delivery, so just a heads up to anyone ordering online: always check the packaging when it arrives, but in my case, everything came safe and I’m happy with it...

My delivery showed up late again, and I didn’t get any updates along the way. Maybe I missed a notification or something, but I kept checking and couldn’t find anything. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on.

"Seems original, though I’m still a bit unsure"
I ordered earbuds from techbazaar.pk they look genuine and work perfectly fine. The serial number checked out too, so I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with the product. It’s just that the box was a little rough and the seal looked like it may have been opened before, which made me hesitate a bit. Delivery was okay overall. Not a bad experience at all, I just wish they provided clearer proof of authenticity so customers don’t have to second-guess it.

"Tracking was actually useful for once"
Ordered from techbazaar.pk the tracking was damn clear the whole way. I got updates when it was packed and shipped, so I didn’t have to keep bugging support like some confused idiot. Delivery showed up on time too, which was nice. Overall, smooth experience and I’m happy with it

In my opinion, the prices are okay, but I wouldn’t say the deals are anything special. It’s not bad overall, just felt average to me.
